Software Minimum Requirements

WebCase® currently operates only on Microsoft® Windows operating system versions XP, Vista and Win 7. The software requires Microsoft .NET version 2.0 framework or later. If you don't have it, the WebCase installer provides it for you during installation. WebCase is compliant with Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8.

Hardware Minimum Requirements

An Intel-based PC with a minimum of a Pentium 4 or equivalent processor

• 100MB of disk space

• 1 GB of RAM.

Macintosh Sytems

WebCase will fully operate in BootCamp on Apple systems

 

NOTE: For the WebCase video function to work and install properly, you MUST have a microphone and speakers plugged into the investigative PC during WebCase installation and use. A simple USB headset with microphone will suffice.
