Not everyone can make it to our on-site training. That's why we've designed a series of free webinars to help you learn not only how to use WebCase®, but also how to conduct efficient, effective online investigations.
Our webinars last approximately 60 minutes and allows for interaction between presenter and attendees. To attend, you must have GoToMeeting software installed on your computer, along with other system requirements.
Both Online Investigation and WebCase webinars are scheduled monthly. Please register through one of the linked date/times listed below. We can also schedule individual WebCase webinars for your organization. To make a request, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tracing IP Addresses introduced concepts about the TCP/IP suite, the Internet, IP addressing and domain names, and the administration of Internet names and numbers. Instructed by Gary Kessler.
Identity Theft Online discussed the ways criminals obtain and abuse personal information online, along with effective case management and presentation. Instructed by Kipp Loving.
State of California Identity Theft Matrix (little known statutes in the CA criminal code that can be used to build an effective ID theft case. Check with your local prosecutor to find out if there are similar laws in your state.)
Smart Phones & the Internet discussed the relationship between smartphone-based evidence and Internet-based evidence, and why investigators need to collect each. Instructed by Michael Harrington.
Internationalised Domain Names, Foreign Language Websites, & Investigations showed how to trace IDNs and examined some of the IDN info security issues. It made a quick introduction to working with foreign language websites and useful tips for using online search and translation tools. Instructed by Jonathan Abolins.
Online Officer Safety showed how police officers use social networking sites for investigations -- and what it takes for them to stay safe while doing so. Instructed by Joe Laramie.System Requirements
